My niece made this for Christmas. I was already so full I couldn't walk and still couldn't stop eating this delicious dessert. It can be made with low/non fat options as well.

  • 2 - 16.5 oz rolls sugar cookie dough
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or any fruit that taste good together, i.e. pineapple and kiwi) If using frozen fruit, thaw and drain well. Fruit should not be too juicy.

Directions

  1. Press cookie dough evenly onto bottom of 11 x 17 cookie sheet and cook per pkg. directions.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and stir or beat with blender until well mixed and spreadable.
  4. Spread evenly onto cookie crust.
  5. Top with fruit.
