Caribou Empanadas Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd caribou
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 2 lrg Onions, minced
- 1/2 c. Minced olives
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 2 x Jalapeno peppers, minced Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 sm Can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x Recipe pie crust pastry
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat butter, and brown meat. Add in other ingredients and simmer about 20 minutes. Remove from the stove and chill.
- Make your favorite pie pastry, cut in circles about the size of a c.. Place the meat mix in center and fold over, pricking with fork.
- Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in 350 oven, 20 to 25 min.
