  1. Note: You can use white chocolate, confectionery coating, or possibly almond bark - they all work.
  2. Heat chocolate in microwave on medium for 2-4 min - stir till smooth.
  3. Stir in candy canes and spread onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Heat chocolate chips (about 30 seconds to one minute) and stir till smooth. Drizzle melted chips over candy cane layer. Freeze five min or possibly chill for 10 - till set. Break into bite sized pcs.
  4. Stores well in freezer and is heavenly with coffee.
