Directions

  1. In a large frying pan heat oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes. Allow the garlic to become slightly toasted.
  2. Add the broccoli rabe and the broth: cover and cook until the broccoli turns bright green. Uncover and continue to cook about another 3-4 minutes. Add the beans and lemon juice, toss, cover and turn the heat off.
  3. Prepare the noodles as directed and add to the broccoli rabe. Garnish with the Romano Cheese.
