Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. bran">oat bran or possibly wheat bran
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
- This recipe yields 1 loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
