Directions

  1. Cream 1/2 c. butter; gradually add in 1/2 c. sugar, beating till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in applesauce. Combine flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in to creamed mix, and stir just till moistened. Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or possibly till done. Remove from pan immediately and dip muffin tops in melted butter. Combine 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle sugar mix over top of each muffin. Yields about 3 1/2 dozen.
