Directions

  1. In top of double boiler, blend together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Combine with beaten Large eggs, 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream, raisins and lemon juice. Cook and stir over warm water till thick. Pour into baked pie shell. When cold, top with remaining 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
