  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. corn oil in wok. Stir fry broccoli, carrots, and onions 3 min. Remove. Add in 2 Tbsp. corn oil to wok, heat till smoking. Add in half the meat, stirring till done. Remove. Do other half. Put cornstarch, cooking sherry, soy sauce, salt, and sugar in small bowl. Mix. Pour into wok. Heat till bubbly. Add in all ingredients, stir well. Put dome over wok and cook 2 more min. Serve over rice.
