  • 3 can Refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 sm Onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
  • 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing well.
  2. Roll out each biscuit into a 5" circle. Place 1 rounded Tbsp. meat mix on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.
  3. Fry about 3" of oil to 375F. Deep fry each biscuit till golden; drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
