Bat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Cocoa
- 1 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Kellogg's CORN FLAKES cereal Prepared vanilla frosting
Directions
- 1. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and cocoa.
- Set aside.
- 2. In medium mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla, beat well. Add in dry ingredients and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES (crushed to 3/4 c.); mix about 2 min. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
- 3. Bake at 350 F about 12 min or possibly till done. Cold.
- 4. When cookies are cold, fill icing bag with frosting and draw bat on each cookie.
- HINT: Add in orange coloring to frosting and top with colored sprinkles.
