- 3/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Dry rosemary
- 1 tsp Dry marjoram
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black peppercorns whole
- 1 x Onion sliced
