Directions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and salmon fillets in a bag and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Remove salmon and throw away juices. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Rub mix on each fillet. Place fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 min till fish is flaky.
  2. Serve with fresh lemon slices.
  3. Note: Slimmers -: You can use your favorite sugar substitute but the sugar really isn't which big of a problem in this recipe because it is just part of the rub.
