Directions

  1. 1. Cut all fat off which you can. Mix all sauce ingredients. Bring to boil and turn to simmer for 15 min, stirring often.
  2. 2. Reserve about 1 1/2 c..
  3. 3. Pour all other sauce over ribs to marinate all night. The next morning turn ribs over to marinate till ready to bake.
  4. 4. Place ribs on a rack in a pan and bake 350 degrees for 3 hrs. Brush sauce over ribs about every 1/2 hour. These are very good and lean, all fat is either cut off or possibly baked off.
