  1. In crock pot, place sufficient water to cover the bottom. Add in roast and all of the above ingredients. Start out on high for 1 hour, then reduce to medium heat. Cook total of 5 hrs. Rotate roast at least every hour. Remove from liquid, drain, trim any excess fat and serve.
