If you have a food processor then making your own tahini is best. I toast my seeds first which gives the bread that extra nutty taste and smell.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a food processor combine bananas, tahini, yogurt, eggs, milk and honey. Puree until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl add flours, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir to combine and add the wet ingredients. Stir just until combined and then fold in chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour this into whatever baking pans you prefer. Muffin tins, cake pans or loaf pans.
  5. I used a large rectangular cake pan lined with parchment paper.
