Banana Nut Bread With Dream Whip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
- 1 env. Dream Whip
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. crushed bananas (ripe)
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together till well blended. Put in a loaf pan and bake for 40 to 45 min in a 350 degree oven. You can double this and it will make 3 loves.
