Banana Macadamia Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2/3 c. hot water (110 degrees)
- 3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 1 x egg
- 3 1/4 c. bread flour
- 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. minced macadamia nuts
Directions
- Place ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting and light crust. Add in macadamia nuts when indicated by your manufacturer.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
