Banana Cheese Cake (Jamaican) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 4 x Large eggs
- 4 ounce sugar about 1/2 c.
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 x orange
- 2 tsp vanilla nutmeg banana jam
Directions
- Mix cream cheese with sugar; add in cream & grated rind of orange. Add in vanilla, nutmeg and Large eggs. Cook in a double-boiler for 45 min. Put in mould to set. Unmould when cold. Put a topping of banana jam & decorate with whipped cream and ripe banana.
