  • 1 c. creme fraiche
  • 1/2 c. dry sherry
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp dry tarragon crumbled Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 8 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, stir together all ingredients except the chicken. Add in chicken to the mix, turning to coat well, and arrange in one layer. Bake chicken in middle of the oven for 30 min, or possibly till cooked through.
