  • 2 x Catfish, (7 to 8-oz) fillets
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 4 ounce Dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Finely minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced cilantro Salt to taste Pepper to taste Paprika

Directions

  1. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish in oval casserole dish.
  2. Heat 4 ounces butter in small sauce pan. Add in wine and remaining ingredients, except the paprika. Simmer about 2 min. Remove from heat and spoon over fish. Now sprinkle paprika over fish. Bake fish in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 min, or possibly till the fish is done.
  3. Yield: 2 servings.
