Directions

  1. Brown the rice in a nonstick skillet. When golden, place in tightly covered casserole. Pour over rice, warm defatted beef broth (mix as per directions on can). Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Garnish with dehydrated parsley. Add in more water if needed during cooking.
  2. NOTES :*To remove fat, refrigeratecan of beef froth in refrigerator; lift off congealed fat with spoon.
