  • 1 pkt Stouffer's harvest apples - (12 ounce) defrosted according to package directions
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
  • 1/2 c. crushed round butter-style crackers
  • 3 Tbsp. apple flavor Libby's 100% juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1-qt baking dish.
  2. Mix sugar and flour in a small bowl; slowly stir in apple juice. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs in a separate small bowl.
  3. Place escalloped apples in prepared baking dish. Layer sugar mix; cheese and cracker crumb mix over apples.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till warm and top is browned.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
