Ingredients

  • 8 x chicken breasts Seasoned salt and pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 clv garlic
  • 2/3 c. dry sherry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Put the oil and vinegar into a skillet and press garlic into the mix.
  3. While the pan is heating up, sprinkle the seasoned salt and pepper onto the chicken.
  4. Saute/fry' the chicken breasts till they are "golden."
  5. Place chicken into a baking pan and pour sherry over chicken. Place pan in the oven for 10 min.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
