Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers with Horseradish Sauce Recipe

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Wash and pat dry chicken livers and cut in half.
  3. Broil sliced bacon 2 minutes in broiler in a single layer.
  4. In a skillet, sauté livers in butter also in a single layer for 3-5 minutes or until they are no longer pink. Wrap a slice of bacon around each liver and secure with water soaked toothpicks.
  5. Broil 10 minutes more in broiler, turning once or twice until bacon is crisp.
  6. Mix all ingredients in the sauce. Chill.
  7. Enjoy!
