Aunt Marie's No Peek Beef And Wine Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 env. onion soup mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole mushrooms
- 1 c. wine
Directions
- Put together all ingredients in heavy pan with tight fitting lid. Cook in medium oven for 4 hrs. Don't lift lid while cooking. This with a salad and hot bread make a good meal.
