Applesauce Snack Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkt SNACK CAKE MIX, (see recipe)
- 1 x Egg
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. Applesauce
- 1 1/2 x Teasooon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1/8 x Teasooon grnd cloves
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1 c. Raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F. Pour SNACK CAKE MIX into an ungreased 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine egg, oil, applesauce, cinnamon, allspice and cloves, beating with a fork to blend. Stir into SNACK CAKE MIX till smooth and blended. Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake 35 to 45 min till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean . Cold.
