  1. Season pork with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Combine the GLAZE ingredients, except the cornstarch and water, in a sauce pan and bring to simmer and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Whisk together the cornstarch and water. Add in to the warm glaze mix and continue cooking for another minute.
  4. Let this cold COMPLETELY.
  5. Place the pork in a large Zip-loc bag and add in marinade and let sit overnight.
  6. Remove pork, reserving the marinade, and allow to come to room temp.
  7. Pre-heat your grill to 450 degrees.
  8. Place the pork on the grill and sear for 5 min. Turn over and sear for another 5 min.
  9. Turn the heat down to 400 and cook for another 30-40 min or possibly till the internal temp reaches 145-155 degrees, basting every 15 min using the reserved marinade.
  10. Let rest for 10 min before slicing.
  11. You can use any remaining marinade to serve with the meat. If you do this, boil the marinade first!
