- 1 c. Sourdough starter
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 c. Light brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Oatmeal (quick)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350-degrees for 40 min.
