Directions

  1. Saute/fry the almonds in the butter, then chop fine.
  2. In a food processor, blend the cheeses with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Shape into a roll. Place almonds on a piece of wax paper. Roll cheese in almonds to coat, wrapping with wax paper.
  4. Chill 2 hrs. Remove wax paper and cut into even slices.
  5. Yield: 22 - 24 slices
