Absolutely Apricot Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. minced dry apricots
- 1/4 c. apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 3 tsp yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
- This recipe yields one 1 loaf.
- Comments:This recipe calls for a lot of yeast. This is because of the amount of sweet and heavy ingredients.
