Directions

  1. Oil in pan,
  2. put the garlic, heat over low heat.
  3. Put Abalone into the pan, salt on a cut grid.
  4. Flambe to put white wine steamed over low heat for 1 min.
  5. Add the butter,dash of soy sauce.
  6. Topped with chives complete.
