  • 1 pkg. plain yellow cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon jello pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly, adding egg s whole one at a time. Bake in greased (or possibly spray with Pam) 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 min. While still hot, stick all over with a fork and pour over entire cake the following combined ingredients: 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 teaspoon water 2 T soft butter (do not heat)Freezes well. Enjoy!
