Ingredients

  • 1 c. + 2 tabls. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, (I use canola oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 1/2 c. White bread machine flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat bread machine flour
  • 1/4 c. Wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Yeast

Directions

  1. Put ingredients into bread machine according to instructions. At the fruit/nut beep add in 2 tbls. toasted sesame seeds.
  2. NOTE: I add in 1 Tbsp. of powdered lowfat milk for a more moist bread
