5 Minute Peanut Brittle Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. un-roasted peanuts
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Pour sugar into a large skillet and bring to a liquid-state over high heat. Add in peanuts and when it starts to boil, add in soda. Simmer at a low boil for 1 minute, stirring so it doesn't stick. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet. Cold, break into pcs, Enjoy!
