  1. Beat Large eggs & water together lightly with fork. Heat a little marg in a non-stick frypan & when warm add in egg mix. When mix starts to bubble, scrape it in towards the middle of the pan with spatula. When mix is cooked on the bottom but slightly wet on top, add in your filling down one side, close the omelette & slide onto place. Don t overcook. 40 seconds only.
