In my blog, i try to showcase the rich culinary diversity of Indian cuisine with recipes from all parts of the country. From time to time, i also publish recipes from various International cuisine.
As the gastronomy scene is becoming more varied and with many tv shows showcasing various cuisines, people have come to have an open mind with experimenting in their food.
Most of my cooking comes from my Mother and the 3 to 4 years i worked in a fast food company.
I started cooking while at university in England. Started with simple Indian dishes but have learnt to cook some complex dishes. Most of what i have learnt is through my Mother, Books and TV shows.
