Directions

  1. Heat lowfat milk to boil. Combine chips, 1 Tbsp. sugar, egg and rum in a blender container. Add in lowfat milk, process for about a minute on low speed. Pour into bowl. Chill for 30 min. Beat cream till stiff, gradually add in remaining sugar. Add in nuts to cream. Fold into chocolate mix, chill for several hrs or possibly overnight. Yields: 8 portions.
