Unbelievable Oat Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oat bran
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. wheat bran
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 egg whites
- 16 ounce. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 c. mashed banana
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix gently. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray such as Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Makes 2 dozen.
