Fresh Strawberry Pie- Best Ever by Doctor JoFresh Strawberry Pie: This best-ever fresh strawberry pie is heaped high with fresh, juicy, ripe strawberries. Coat the berries with a perfectly sweetened glaze, and this pie is good enough to eat as it is. However, some ice-cream or whipped cream on top is always in style. |

Sausage and cheese balls by Holly HulettThis make a great breakfast side or a snack for a party. I do not even like sausage or "sharp" cheddar that much, but this combination tastes great. |

Stir fry quinoa by Kyra MartinI'm not sure I'd make it with the coconut milk again, it was a little sweet for my taste, but overall a good substitute to regular fried rice. |

Mashed Potatoes by Candice GoodyearI don't like instant mashed potatoes at all. I make mine from scratch like many cooks out there. I like them either with butter and sour cream or butter and milk in them both are delicious. But, if you don't have milk or sour cream on hand you can substitute 1/4 cup real mayo, still taste great. |

British 'Flapjacks' by Cindy McNamaraA very simple and underestimated cookie I am including in my Christmas cookie gift boxes this year. In order to feel less guilty about how nutrious these were I added flax seeds along with the oats. |

Granola by LindaQuick and easy to make and much healthier than the kind you buy! Play with the ingredients. Maybe you would like pepitas instead of the flax; or vanilla instead of the cinnamon and nutmeg. Try adding dried fruit. Then, serve it with yogurt for breakfast or sprinkled over berries for a quick dessert. |

Sweet Potato Nutella Rolls by CarolinaheartstringsOkay, okay I admit it. I am a Nutella junkie. I have to be very careful and eat it sparingly, but I do, occasionally as a treat and I have to also admit that I generally just eat it on a spoon. Why waste time with some other vehicle for this ooey gooey goodness. I have not delved into the world of baking with Nutella. Until now.… |
