The Tiger Lily Recipe
The Tiger Lily refers to the seductive picture behind the bar at the Long Bar at Raffles. Known as the Shanghai Lily, the lady in the painting has inspired the drink which was created in 1992.
Ingredients
- 15ml Charleston Follies
- 10ml Lime Citron
- 5ml Galliano
- Sparkling Grape Juice
- Salt and Sugar (for rim of glass)
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients and then top with a touch of Sparkling Grape Juice. Garish with tropical fruit and serve in a glass rimmed with both salt and sugar.
