Directions

  1. Cake - grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans or possibly one 9 x 13 inch pan. In large bowl mix to blend ingredients for 30 seconds. Then beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
  2. Beat ingredients with electric beater for 5 min till smooth. When cake is cool frost as usual.
