The Best Chocolate Cake And Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding in
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 c. water
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cake - grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans or possibly one 9 x 13 inch pan. In large bowl mix to blend ingredients for 30 seconds. Then beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
- Beat ingredients with electric beater for 5 min till smooth. When cake is cool frost as usual.
