Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 3/4 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Beaten Large eggs
  • 4 c. Oil
  • 2 1/4 lb Prawn shrimp (peeled & Deveined)

Directions

  1. Blend lowfat milk, 3/4 c. flour, cornstarch, baking pwdr, salt, Large eggs & 2 Tbls. oil into a smooth batter. Heat remaining oil to 375. Dip shrimp into remaining flour, then into batter. Cook in oil 2 1/2-3 min.
  2. Serve warm.
