  • 3/4 lb LEAN grnd beef,
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Green chili peppers, diced canned
  • 1 cl Garlic,
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr,
  • 1 1/2 c. Tomato, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Italian Salad dressing, reduced-calorie
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt, yak!!
  • 8 x Taco shells,
  • 1 c. Lettuce,
  • 1 c. Low-cal prosse cheese or possibly,
  •     Part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded for either a mix of both
  • 1/2 c. Taco sauce

Directions

  1. In a large skillet cook grnd beef, minced onions, green chili pepper; and chopped garlic over medium heat until beef is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in chili pwdr.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine minced tomato, Italian salad dressing, and seasoned salt. ( Salt is Salt no matter what) Spoon beef mix into taco shells. Top with tomato mix, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and taco sauce.
  3. Makes 4 servings. Time 20 minutes.
