  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper
  • 1 med Onion, sliced
  • 1 x Carrot, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 15 ounce Tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat flour. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add in meat, top with tomato sauce.
  2. Low 8-10 hrs High 3-5 hrs
