Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 9" unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/4 cup hot,mashed sweet potatoes
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup milk or half n half
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Directions
- Combine sweet potatoes with remaniing ingredients. Pour into pie shell. BAke at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. ENJOY~
