Sweet Fruit Sauce For Wild Geese Or Ducks Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Pan drippings, as much grease removed as possible
- 1 x 8 ounce. apricot preserves, I jar Knott's
- 9 ounce Orange marmalade, 1/2 ajar of Knott's
- 1/8 tsp Salt, healthy pinch
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
Directions
- Mix all the Ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat till it is reduced about 25%. Serve hot on the side.
- Yield about 4 1/2 c..
- NOTES : Note - This is good on all types of game. You can add in diced green chiles or possibly crushed red pepper if desired it spicier.
