  • 2 cups

  • mashed and over ripe
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons
  • dark rum (or rum flavoring)
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime
  • juice
  • 1 teaspoon
  • vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pecans,
  • chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cup flaked
  • coconut
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup brown
  • sugar
  • 2 teaspoons
  • unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons lime
  • juice
  • 2 teaspoons dark
  • rum (or rum flavoring)
  • 2 tablespoons
  • chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 tablespoons
  • flaked coconut
  • together 2 tablespoons of softened butter and cream cheese in a large bowl
