Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix together Marinade ingredients, add in the meat and let marinate for 30 min.
  2. Cook noodles till just tender, rinse, and drain.
  3. Mix together Sauce ingredients.
  4. Heat a wok or possibly a skillet, add in 3 Tablespoons of oil, and heat till near smoking. Add in the pork, stir-fry till the shreds separate and change color, remove, and drain. Wipe out the pan and reheat.
  5. Add in the remaining oil and heat over high heat till warm. Add in the onion and crushed pepper, and stir-fry about 1 minute, and add in the carrots and rice wine. Cook for another minute and add in the Sauce. Heat till boiling. Add in the cooked pork and the noodles, and toss lightly to blend. Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
  7. NOTE: "When I'm rushed, that is most of the time, I use the instant
  8. "ramen", discarding the flavor package, dipping the noodles into boiling water, and tossing them quickly in the Sauce."
