Spinach & Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 packs of frozen spinach (maybe 3 if you want)
- 1 white onion (chopped)
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 pack 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 can of artichoke hearts (smashed)
- 1 8oz phiadelphia cream cheese
- crushed red peppers or hot sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter to saute onions
Directions
- saute chopped onions in butter
- put frozen spinach in microwave (4 minutes)
- drain juice and add to onions and butter mix well
- put in philadelphia cream cheese mixed well
- put in sour cream and smashed artichoke hearts mix well
- mix in parmesan cheese
- add pepper (or hot sauce) and salt and pepper to taste
- remove from burner add grated jack cheese
- microwave (use glass pan)
