Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp fresh ginger chopped
- 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chili oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 x Green onions thinly sliced
- 1 x Carrot peeled, shredded
- 1/2 x Cucumber peeled, seeded, minced
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro minced
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients to blend in large bowl. Chill.
